“I don’t know that any other art festival in the country does this… We are 100% fundraiser, so we give all of our net proceeds back to the charities, and also for our local CISD scholarships,” says Kathy Talley, the 2023 Chair for Art in the Square in Southlake, hosted by the Southlake Women’s Club. Talley spoke with WRR’s Amy Bishop about the festival’s origins, community impact, and highlights for their next one, set for April 28-30, 2023.
